Attention before requesting a return you must read our policy carefully. 

Before requesting a return you must:

  • Email us with title “ Requesting return and your order number” 
  • Provide us with your order number and email.
  • Tell us the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for return.
  • We'll be in touch with instructions for your return after we receive your information.

Returns rules: 

  • Must come with the original package
  • All original tag must be attached
  • Items must not be washed, worn, altered or damaged

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • All Sale Items 
  • Intimates

Return costs are borne by the customer.Once we receive the return package, we will check its condition and, if everything is correct, we will make the complete return of your order.

 

WHAT IF THE ITEM(S) I RECEIVED ARE DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT/DAMAGED?

Did you receive a faulty unit, or the wrong product? Simply not satisfied with your order?

Please contact our Customer Support team to start the return process. Please include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
  • Complete delivery address

HOW LONG IS THE RETURNS PROCESS?

 

Processing returns may take up to 14 natural days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.
